Xperia Play Half Broken

I was using my phone, just an hour ago. I went for a bike ride (which I do on a regular basis), and I then tried to put in my lock but it seems like the top half of the screen is unresponsive. Nothing is different about the LCDs but the touch part isn't working.

I already tried factory reset and to remove dirt/screen protector. If anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.

That looks serious issue. I think the top part is damaged because of pressure on it. The first thing I will recommend to visit your nearest service center. If it is under warranty you might get lucky to get that fixed. Another thing this does not look like a hardware fault.
