Failure occurs while update my map through my tomtom via 1530 TM

As I am new to this place I have a tomtomVIA 1530 Tm model for navigation purpose. It is actually much more essay with the help of these. But the problem that is occurring is I download the map updatebut when installing it shows a problem stating that something has gone wrong contact the customer support. Please help me friends?

Hmmm first there must be an updated version present then only you can activate the promotion code. the new version is not automatically downloaded you have to follow the procedure first and contact the customer service people then you have to procide them with the scan or you can fax the invoice of purchase and also the promotion code voucher . These will take certain time.

There is a officicial website for tomtom try to mail them. The customer support will reset your account. They will allocate the new maps several times then try to check the details of the memory of map you want to download and check the memory you have.
