Unable to purchase brazil map for the Via1535TM tomtom.

I have an tomtom i.e. Via1535TM which I bought it when I was in usa . I have purchased there itself for navigation purpose. But the problem is that I am unable to purchase a Brazil map. I need a sever help regarding these .can anyone help me?

See actually go to the tomtom initial website then there select the shop there choose maps then you to provide your tomtom device number. see you can go to the nearest tomtom shop and explain the things they will trade your tomtom device at brazil which has computerized brazil voice before trading maintain an backup on your pc then you can restore the file for these you have to the add by connecting device then select mytomtom icon then ‘add community content’ then copy the file in your pc. You can restore it by going to the ‘add community content’ then add it. While giving the device to the shop just see to that the privacy by restoring the device to factory setting.

See these happened to me also but I recognized that it was my fault. See actually you have to also check the memory capacity in your case also I think that it is the same issue there will be an internal memory problem specify that see the map that you download eat some of the memory space for example Europe eat 3 gigabyte in size.
