Question on importing HTC Evo 4G to India.

hi guys

I need help on this . my friend is going to US and I am think to ask him to get me HTC Evo 4G for me but I have few question that I would really appreciate if anyone can solve few query about this phone . I need to know is it possible to get the unlocked version for India so that I can use it in here and also I does this phone available on GSM or its just CDMA available. Please guys I will be really appreciating if anyone help me on this

I would like to tell you that you cannot use it in India beside you won’t get the unlock version and last and final it only CDMA is available . hope this help

I don’t know whether its come in GSM or CDMS but if you want to use it in India then I think you might need to root the device. And if you need the tutorial about how to root there are lot of info available on internet and see if this help want unlock code for HTC EVO 3D from sprint
