Is it possible to use mouse with Eken m001 Android 7

I have been using Eken m001 Android 7 tablet but then now the screen has got damaged accidentally, you can say a broken screen and was trying out to work on the same, I have created a shift apple/usb convertor and have soldered 2 female usbs together one which goes in to the android tablet where as the other to a usb optical mouse but then it is not helping, I just wanted to know if it is possible to use a mouse with Eken m001??

As far as I am aware there are some tablets where you can use mouse but then not all. Actually it depends on the mouse that you might be having I mean that standard USB Mouse is recognized as a HID device and it is found to be working fine with most of the tablets so if your tablet is not having HID drivers then you won’t be able to use the standard USB Mouse.

Thanks for the same but then I just wanted to know that is it possible to install the driver that you have mentioned and then get the standard USB Mouse work with the tablet and so?? If it is, then how will I be able install the drivers as the screen is just not working fine?? Is there anything that I can do about the same or I will just have to throw it out??? Any further help for the same will be appreciated.

I think that I can help you here, I have been using Bluetooth mouse and keyboard with my dell streak 7 and fort that I just have to pair up them with the tablet using the Bluetooth device setup and after that they work smoothly without any issues, so if the whole screen is not responsive and if you can just somehow pair with the Bluetooth mouse then you can get it working but then if the screen is just not responding then I don’t think that there is any workaround that you can try out to use a mouse with the Eken m001 Android 7 tablet.

I think that will be the best option that you can try out I,have tested logitech keyboard as well as MS BT5000 mouse and they are just working fine with Galaxy and Xoom tablet, if you want then you can try out using the same devices they are quite compatible with most of the tablets. Best of luck.
