Acer Iconia Tab A500 make keyboard click sound after 3.1 update

I was avoiding this update for a while but yesterday I have done all in all the update is good but now I am having one issue on the tablet. Every time I am typing something I get this typewriter kind of sound on it how can I disable it . I have seen some device on my workplace which has 3.1 update and they don’t have this kind of issue so is there anyone can help me on this I will be glad

Hope this would help

1. Just go to the settings language&input
2. Then to the configure input methods
3. After that uncheck the sound on keypress box.

That's really annoying i just don't understand why it’s not in something that will makes sense. For example like under the sound option. The whole thing I looked up talk on the phone not the tablets. i know it had to be in there somewhere. The upgrade must have enable it by default.

Well I feel this update in fact very slowed down my tablet. Anyone beside me have this problem, . while typing is actually very slow and the application load slower as well as the backdrops swipe slower

That is not correct I think you need to restart the tablet. Mine is a working really awesome , the whole thing look as if to be smoother on the whole. Still not fairly as smooth as a IPad but getting very close up.

Equal assessment with IPad user on the similar Wi-Fi showed the Acer beating the iPad in every single action. particularly web based stuff . Starting a movie, playing music, opening eBooks, switch apps, the whole thing was quicker. Google Maps works a good deal quicker on the Acer, and Google Earth - well forget using that on IPad, it was clearly slow. Acer won hands down, and my friend who is iPad owner also told me that he was badly thinking of ditch his iPad for Android. While I plug in the memory stick and external keyboard he turned green with jealousy.
