Re: Loose Audio Jack in Dell XPS 15 L502X That is really annoying and I afraid that the only solution to this is you have to take your laptop to the service center for get it repaired , can you tell me that is you laptop under warrant and if yes then that is the great news to you . |

Re: Loose Audio Jack in Dell XPS 15 L502X Yeah mu laptop is still under the warrant infact the laptop is just 3 week old and as far as I know I have did anything that can damage the audio jack . I am using the standard headphone which work with the all laptop . is this issue can be covered under warranty. Or I can just be able to do it by my self. |

Re: Loose Audio Jack in Dell XPS 15 L502X Yeah that will be , the thing is that the audio connectors is soldered in the motherboard and if they are defective then you will be eligible for the new motherboard. Not that I am working in the dell but that the way that its usually work if it is not other wise . It will be worth a time that you should call the tech support and asks him about this |

Re: Loose Audio Jack in Dell XPS 15 L502X I guess that the soldering on the audio connecter has been loose on the motherboard , tech support can assist you on this , I will strongly tell you that if your laptop is under the warranty then it is wise to get in touch with the support instead of trying it by yourself and void the warrant |
