Unable to use mute button Dell inspiron n4050

Well in my Dell inspiron n4050 laptop I have windows Vista operating system and my laptop has started giving me annoying problem. Now I cannot use Mute button from on my laptop. If anyone have solution about this problem then please help me. Thank you in advance.

I will suggest you download this IDT 92HD87B1 driver in your laptop and after downloading this you have to install it and after installing the drivers you have to restart your laptop and then you have to check whether same problem is occurring or not? as far as I know after trying this solution your problem will get solved.

I have already tried the drivers which are mentioned above but that does not helped me to solve this problem. I have also checked other settings in my laptop but all the settings are fine. Now what should I do to get rid of this problem?

As far as I know this problem occurs if you have not installed Dell Quickset in your laptop? You have to first check in your laptop whether Dell Quickset is installed there or not. if it is not there then you have to download Dell Quickset from the Dell official site and then you have to install Dell Quickset in your laptop. Now after installing Dell Quickset in your laptop you have to check whether same problem is occurring or not.

Yes installing Dell Quickset will fix this problem. I was also having similar problem with my laptop and then one of my friend suggest me to install Dell Quickset and then I have downloaded Dell Quickset and installed in my laptopn and then problem get solved.
