Inbuilt applications missing in my Nokia 603

I recently happened to get this phone and I did a hard reset as soon as I got it. Now after the hard reset I am not able to access the inbuilt applications in my phone and so that’s the problem. Now I am not able to access the nokia store as well as maps and all. Can you all tell me what could have been gone wrong in this phone? surely this phone sucks if it is behaving like this! I would be selling this phone next week. Any solutions then let me know.

Ok then do a reinstall of the firmware either by phone or connecting it by PC. Do give a try and let me know if it was of help for you or not. Well I don’t think so there is any other method by which you can do that. I hope that’s clear for you.

Do contact the nokia support and hand over the phone to them. I am sure your phone is uder warranty and if they couldn’t solve the issue then they will surely replace the phone with the new one.
