Nintendo 3Ds: What are swapnote /mailbox and when it is going to be released?

Does anybody know what is swap note or mailbox in Nintendo 3ds ? I recently heard about it after i bought new Nintendo 3ds. Also let me know when it is going to be released?

Swapnote is and application for the Nintendo 3ds owner to send the message to other user with the use of their own hand writing, drawing, sound or anything. Why is it so because people get in touch or stay with each other? With the help of this user can send the 3d message, picture and sound. It just means simple message or communication between friends but one game design student has used programs to create a dungeon and Dragon-style role-playing game.

Swap note is messaging application for Nintendo 3ds. Unlike most messaging application, swap note is very visual program. By using swap note you can send photo, message, picture and differently themed stationary. Swap note it has been released from Nintendo 3ds.It has been already installed in Nintendo 3ds. You can see in on home menu swap note Icon from there you can send a message along with picture by selecting appropriate option.

It allows to select fancier stationary, attach picture and send 3d drawing. Swap note and mailbox both are same. You can send swap note to register friends. How to do is tap the swap note icon and then tap open and after that select note you wish to send via spot pass.
