Cannot play videos in Nokia 2700

I am using Nokia 2700 mobile phone and it has suddenly stopped giving me problem. In my mobile phone I cannot play videos. When I try to play videos in my phone at that time it shows “format not supported” message. What should I do to solve this problem?

As you have mentioned that you are getting “Format not supported” message and I would like to tell you that you should try to play video with different format. As far as I know Nokia 2700ca play 3GP and mp4 videos properly. If you are trying to play videos with different format then you should first convert the videos and then you have to transfer it to your mobile phone and then check whether your problem get solved or not.

Yes I agree with the above post. if you are trying to play videos which different format which is not supported by your device then this type of problem can take place. Download videos converter software such as imtoo video converter or Total Video Converter from internet and then convert the video and then your problem might get solved.

If you are not able to play videos even after converting the videos then there might be problem with your Nokia 2700 mobile phone. You should try to solve this problem by resetting Nokia 2700 and then your problem might get solved.
