You can try adding each person as a contact (you should be able to do it without putting a contact number in) and include their birthdays then they will come up. I think that there is a "Birthday" Widget which displays upcoming Birthdays(Maximum 2 Birthdays) but there is no settings/provision to set up an alarm or reminder to the same. You need to drag this Widget on to the screen and check everyday manually.
