Getting error code 2000 while updating Nokia N8 to Symbian Belle

The title says it all, if you all can understand with this title, then I am not able to update my phone with the new Symbian belle. All I get is an error code 200. It gets downloaded successfully but during the install it is giving this error. Now why is that so I did try searching in the internet for the help but did not got any help from anywhere, that’s why I have come here seeking some help from you all. Hope you will provide me some help. So do start replying on the same, I am waiting for the response form you all.

Ok, don’t worry about that I have a solution for you. See if you are not having the latest version of Ovi suite then you will not be able to update the phone at all, that’s what I can say. So do get the latest version of Nokia Ovi suite first and then began with the installation you would be able to do it successfully.

Hi, the above solution is quite correct, while updating my recommendation for you is to always perform it by connecting your phone with the Pc and don’t update it from your phone. that’s a small advise that I am giving you do work on it.

If nothing is working for you then better show it to the Nokia care and they will update it for you. So if nothing is working out then do take this as the last solution. So that’s what you should be doing. I hope you did understand what I have said here if there is anything else that you need to know, then do let me know about it.
