How to root Acer ICONIA A200 tablet phone

I have recently bought a new Acer ICONIA A200 tablet phone and really experience a good performance from the phone as it is running on Android 3.2.1 OS .The phone has great design and functions Like 10.1” display, 16 GB of internal storage , Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, etc. now I don’t k now whether it is possible to root this tablet or not, and if possible then How to root this tablet? If anyone knows how to root this tablet then please recommend me.

I think it’s not possible to root the Acer ICONIA A200 tablet right now because I have tried with many methods but didn’t succeed in any of them. Previously I am using the Acer A100 Tab and I have rooted this phone many times, so I have try to root the Acer A200 with the method of Acer A100 but it didn’t worked, then I tried using Ginger break and this also didn’t worked on the Tablet. Now I think we have to wait for some time to root this tablet.

I have personally tried with “Iconia Root” and Gingerbreak method but neither of which worked for me, so now in my opinion all are waiting for the ICS to be released before rooting the Acer A200 Tablet and I also doesn’t found anything about when the update is going to be released so just wait and hope that the ICS update will be out soon.

I think it is possible to root the Acer A200 because the XDA is showing the official link to Acer 200 but you should check this at your own risk. Acer A200 shows up in the newest version and its support ICS to root the following device:
