My Blackberry Gemini 8520 is unable to start the Camera.

I am using Blackberry Gemini 8520 mobile phone from four months. This is very nice phone. I like all the features of this mobile but now I am having problem with the camera of this phone. My Blackberry is unable to start the camera. This is very annoying how to solve this problem? Please help.

I am also having same problem with the cameras of this phone. This is unacceptable. When I try to start camera of this phone this gives me error message “Could not start the Camera”. I am using latest software version. Could anyone tell me what is the problem? I am not able to figure out a way. Please help me to solve this problem.

If you are using latest software version still experiencing same problem. Then perform following steps.
1. Clean camera
2. Upgrade camera / replace camera if damaged or faulty
3. Update software
4. Disassemble the camera
5. Reinstall the camera
