Nokia C3-01 crashes while using ebuddy

I am using Nokia C3-01 mobile phone and I am using ebuddy in my mobile phone from last few months it was working properly with my mobile phone. Now it is giving me problem. Whenever I start ebuddy in my Nokia C3-01 mobile phone at that time whole mobile screen goes white and then return with main menu.

How to solve this problem?

Have you moved ebuddy application to different folder? If you have moved then that is the reason why you are facing this problem. many times when you move application at that time this type problem occurs. I hope this information will be helpful for you.

According to me you should first delete eBuddy from your Nokia C3-01 mobile phone and after deleting the ebuddy you have to open Nokia OVi store or Visit official site of ebuddy and then download ebuddy from there and then you have to open ebuddy. If you want ebuddy in different folder then after downloading the ebuiddy application don’t open it first you should move it to the folder where you want and then open it. I hope this solution will fix this problem.

Yes same problem was occurred with my Nokia X2 mobile and after that I have removed ebuddy application from my phone and then downloaded it again and then my problem get solved. I think you should also try this solution and then your problem will get solved.
