star x12 china phone software

hello have a Andriod star in x 12 mobile produck or china, but I have no PC software suite.
my mobile Hangs at Boot.
can someone help me with software to display it to boot.

would be very happy if someone could help me.

Seems like the star x12 china mobile phone has 2.2 android os installed in it. Prior to the rebooting was the phone working fine. Did you install any software or games and after that the restart problem started, if so then try and uninstall all those softwares or games and check if it is working. If not then backup the contacts and restore it to factory settings.

What software are you talking about that you have? Was any physical damage done to the phone, if not then if it is under warranty then you can easily replace the phone from where you bought it. What I meant from resetting the phone was, there should be a option the settings that can wipe out the phone to factory settings, check it.

If it is just about the pc suite then you can find it out on the orionmobile site or filebuzz site. just check them out.
