accessing ms outlook calendar on a blackberry curve

Here is my thing. I don't own a blackberry, its my bosses. I dont even own a smartphone period, so I have no clue how to do what she asked. She would like to be able to access her ms outlook calendar off of her blackberry curve (no I do not know the letters/numbers after curve). She can access her emails thru outlook, but not her calendar. Please give specific instructions I can print out please and thank you.

I think that you could sync your outlook to gmail with the google calendar sync application that can be downloaded from here. This will sync your outlook to google calendar. then in google calendar you can move or edit the syncd items to any of the calendars that you have created by clicking on the event and clicking edit.
