Unable to charge from HD DOCK in Motorola DROID RAZR

hi guys

jus recently bought the Motorola DROID RAZR . this is really a great phone with the awesome specs and all but I have an issue , the problem is that I am not able to charge my phone with usb cable into the HD DOCK . now I can charge with the USB cable perfectly okay and the HD DOCK also work fine for the fact that mini HDMI works fine. So what migh be the reason to this to be happen . can anyone here help me on this I would really like to know this

I don’t have this particular model to be precise but can you tell me does you phone HD DOCK cam with the USB cable and if it does are you using the same for charging the phone trough it an original Motorola cord

I be able to get the phone to charge if I attach the USB cable to the Wall outlet plug in its place of my PC. (My computer has powered usb)

Is there a method to have the handset in the dock, access my PC, have access to the TV display and charge at the same time?

Did you Have you tried every the USB ports on the PC? Basically , while you have issue it is the USB ports on the front of the PC that will cause it. The rear ports are the ones that will have the finest opportunity to work. Hope this assist.

No I don’t think that Is the reason because I have just purchase my computer with each and every latest parts. The Motherboard is a Z68XP-UD4 from Gigabyte. Some of the ports are powered, so as to I they are prepared to work okay with charging things with regards to the handset and all . I have tried all of the USB ports on my PC none of them work with the dock and all of them work without the dock.
