    No Email after changing DPI from 160 to 180 in Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7

    Hello friends I am using Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 tablet and I like this device. In my tablet I have changed the DPI from 160 to 180 and after that emails application start giving problems. After changing the DPI K9 email crashes. Please tell me what should I do to solve this problem?

    For me it works like a charm. In my device I have set DPI to 175 which is big enough for me. Now after doing that all the application is working properly. You should also set DPI to 175 and after that you have to check whether it makes any difference or not. According to me after setting DPI to 175 your problem will get solved.     As you have said that you are facing problem with K9 email in your Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 tablet and that is why I would like to tell you that you should try to solve this problem by clearing the application data in your device and after doing that you have to check whether your problem get solved or not.

    Thank you for helping me. I have set DPI to 175 in my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 tablet and after setting DPI to 175 when I try to open K9 mail at that time also I get same problem. I have tried to clear the application data but I don’t know how to do that. Please tell me what I have to do clear application data.

    As you have said that you don’t know about clearing the application data in your Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 and I will help you with this.

    You have to first go to the settings in your Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7. Now after that you have to select application manager and then select manage application. Now you have to choose the application in which you have to clear application data and then you have to tap on clear data. Now you have to open that application again and after that you have to check whether you are experiencing same problem or not. Many times clearing the application data resolves the problem.
