OVI Chat application does not accept gmail address in Nokia X3-02

In my Nokia X3-02 mobile phone I am experiencing problem with Nokia OVI chat application. Whenever I try to save Gmail address in Nokia OVI chat application at that time it does not allow me. Now please tell me what should I do to solve this problem?

I will suggest you to open Nokia OVI chat application in your Nokia X3-02 mobile phone and after that you have to checked whether you are able to save address for yahoo or OVI or not. If you are getting same problem with other IDs also then problem is with mobile phone only. You can try to solve this problem by resetting mobile phone. I will suggest you to take the backup of all the data from you phone and then reset your Nokia X3-02 mobile phone and after that you have to check whether your problem get solved or not.
