Ram usage increases in Samsung galaxy W?

I have Samsung galaxy W and in this phone I have noticed that the memory available goes lower and lower now a days in my galaxy wonder. On morning when I turn my galaxy wonder on the RAM used is about 180 out of 351 MB, after using this phone to play games, sms and browse net for whole day the RAM goes to 270 MB. Now the games and browsers are not running as good as it show be also I found it slow, I want to ask you that should I clear RAM from task manager and Is this normal or are there any specific causes to this ?

Hey, even I have same problem I my Samsung galaxy W, you should try clear RAM, clear it twice. After clearing RAM will go around 150 MB, but don’t worry it is normal the application cache in memory to give fast use. but clearing RAM memory make it more slow because the application needs to be reload.
