Unable to see incoming numbers on Nokia 6300 incoming

This is really very frustrating I have Nokia 6300 which is little old The issue is that while i received the a call, It does not show the incoming Call Number. It’s just say Call. I did everything that is possible change the setting and all but still nothing working. Is there any one here can help me on this I would be really glad to know this, as I am unable to solve this mistery

I have the similar issue with my phone too just recently updated don’t know what to do really appreciate if anyone here can help me to get rid of this problem , I am really not able to get any solution to this

Hi, has a same problem and I was Wondering if anybody can assist, my brand new nokia 6300 upgrade and now it just showing the e number with no the caller’s name as savedin the contacts. i believe both together memories are being utilized ! is there anything that I can do in the setting that i might missing. Please help me on this thanks in advance.....

I thing You are right the issue is probably that both memories are being utilizes . change to SIM or cell phone memory only, don’t keep the both option . The 6300 locate two contact entries for the incoming call as well as doesn't recognize which to display .

• Just go to Menu
• contacts
• settings
• and change the memory in use to Phone only or SIM only.

This is really ridiculous my N6300 which Is recently updated is showing the 'call 1' or ' call’ when I get or receive any call

And if any miss call then it would be displayed as no Number

while i dial it display no number to call

please assist me on this I would, be really be appreciating this thanks in advance

I think at the time you have updated you phone your update software version from internet at that time in this procedure virus are might become trough the update so please the solution is to format your mobile.
