Need assistance on phonebook backup of Motorola RAZR v3

hi guys

I just recent got the Motorola RAZR v3 which belong to my brother which he gave to me permanently. The phone is new to me and I don’t know anything about this. Now I need to back up my phone book and I used the Motorola Phone Tools for the same however currently I don’t familiar where the backup files goes . All I get is the CVS files which I know nothing about . can anyone here tell me the location where the phone book is exactly saved as I required to save it on when needed . I would be really appreciate if anyone here provide me with any solution

I am thinking that if somebody has any idea about the powerful tools or application that can be utilize to create complete backups of Razr, with PDS, boot loader, flash, flex, my personal settings, images , as well as ringtones? I have attempt FlashBackup however it do not work. every time it display "Sending loader, please wait " otherwise "Creating backups" and then just stuck there

Can anyone here assist me how can I copy the phonebook to the sim as my display of my Motorola RAZR v3 suddenly stop working and I am not able to see anything on the screen . is there anyone here familiar with the series of click on the phone key pad which can do the copy phone book on the SIM . I would be really appreciating any reply thanks
