HTC wildfire keep using GPRS

One month back I had bought HTC wildfire. I have activated the GPRS pack for this phone. The problem is even if the phone is idle, usage going up. Don’t know why but I think some apps still using GPRS connection even when they are not running. There is no Email sync, browser is closed and none of the apps running in the background that required GPRS connection.

If you put the icon on the desktop with a simple touch of the screen you can turn off or turn on the traffic data.

Also, if you have WiFi enabled and connected, has precedence over 3G.

• Press Information Phone

• Use Quick Settings; Quick Setting is a free application that allows you to manage your phone settings, and one of its functions is to disable the data connection.
