How to reset the Lock code of Samsung Chat 335?

Well I am stuck in a grave problem and I want you all to help me with the same. Well I forgot the lock code of the phone and my phone switched off accidentally and when I restarted the phone it asks me for a lock code. Now since I cant remember the lock code is there any way by which I can start the phone and reset the security code of the phone. If you all have any knowledge about the same then do reply something to me over here.

Ok try this simple step and let me know if it does work for you or not. However let me warn you that I have tried the following steps in my Samsung E335.
1) Remove the sim card of your phone and in place of that add a new sim card. Now turn the phone on.
2) Incase if it asks for a lock code, then do type Type *2767*3855# and the phone will reboot.
3) Now in the welcome screen press *7465625*638*00000000* 00000000#.
4) You will get a message saying the phone has been personalized. Now it will reset the pin code of the sim card to 00000000.
5) Now again when you will get the welcome screen enter #7465625*638*00000000#. Now with that the network lock will be deactivated.
6) Check the lock status by entering the following code*#7465625#. if you get a message saying that all the locks are inactive.

i have the lock problem but ive never changed the password and its not the usual ones and ive tried this method but it still goes to the phone lock screen???
