Backlit keyboard not working properly in Samsung NP700Z5A

I have recently purchased a Samsung Series 7 laptop which has a model no. of Samsung NP700Z5A. The operating system is of Windows 7 Home Premium with Intel Core i5 Processor 2430M and AMD Radeon HD 6490M graphic card. But the problem is that yesterday when I started the laptop then Keyboard Backlit was unable to work properly. I don’t know the reason why is this happening. It’s a brand new laptop. Also only the F12 key on the keyboard was showing the Backlit else all the other keys were not showing the Backlit. Could anyone solve this problem? Any suggestions?

Sounds strange that your laptop is brand new and showing such kind of problem since its a new one.Well, the F12 key that you are telling is defined as the key of the Wi-Fi of the laptop and even if you will turn the Backlit keyboard off then the F12 key will show the Backlit. It never turns off. Just try this and tell whether it works or not. Try to increased the Backlit of the keyboard by pressing the [FN + F9] keys together and as you will be pressing the keys then it will increase the Backlit of the keyboard. Tell me if this works or not. Thank You.
