My new Nokia Lumia 800 is locking up after update (11500)

I have been using Nokia Lumia 800 so far without any issues but then I have just updated the firmware to 11500 and since then the phone keeps on locking up and remains unresponsive until I reboot it, this has been happening randomly, I don’t know what went wrong with it after the update but then I just wanted to know if there is a workaround that I can try to solve this issue??

I don’t think that there is any solution that you can try out rather than just waiting for the next update or restoring to the previous backup in Zune, just see what possible solution you can try out. Hope that helps.

I have tried out the restoring process as well but then even it did not helped and the phone is still getting locked up every now and then, I am really not able to use it well as it gets locked up suddenly and then when I reboot the phone then it works fine for 5 minutes and then got lock up again, this has been really irritating me a lot and I really did not expected the same to happen so early, I am not at the previous version of the Firmware 1600.2479.7740.11451 having the same issue, I am really regretting on my decision of upgrading it.

If restoring is not working for you then I don’t think that there is some other possible solution that you can try, since the phone is new I will suggest you to better visit the nokia service center and see what they have to say about the same, I think that they will definitely help you out.
