Front panel LED buttons in LG Banter Touch MN510 remains on

I am with the LG Banter Touch MN510 and this phone is working great without any problem but I found that the three buttons which are there at the bottom remains on. Till now, I tried by removing the battery from the phone and removing the battery out of the phone. When I did this then also problem remains as it is.

I don’t think that soft reset and hard reset is going to work with this as this is seem to be some hardware problem. If the phone is under warranty then my suggestion to you is to go to the LG gallery and they will solve the problem for you. This will be the best option for you to try.

There are less chances for this but if you want then you can also try with the firmware update and see if that can solve the problem for you.

There is nothing related to the firmware here. It is something related to the hardware and to get the problem resolved, you must have to see for some hardware failure. If you failed to recognize the issue then you will have to go to some mobile repairing store and they will fix this.
