Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY is not loud on 4.0.2.A.0.42 firmware

I am using Sony Xperia PLAY from one month. I update my mobile phone firmware to 4.0.2.A.0.42 after updating my firmware my phone is not loud anymore. How to solve this problem? Please help.

I am also using Xperia Play mobile phone. I am still using 4.0.A.2.368 firmware in mobile. The sound of my mobile is enough loud . I am happy with the audio output from this firmware version 4.0.A.2.368 So if you are planning to update your software version then do not upgrade your firmware version 4.0.2.A.0.42 this firmware version has problem with the audio output. The phone is not loud in this firmware version.

I have already upgraded my firmware version to 4.0.2.A.0.42 and having same problem with my mobile. I upgrade my mobile firmware before two days after upgrading the software my phone volume is decreased. The sound volume is very less compare to previous software version. I am really disappointed with the 4.0.2.A.0.42 software version because of this audio output problem.

I search internet for the solution of above question. I read on internet that new version of firmware 4.0.2.A.0.62 is available for the Xperia play. So upgrade your software version to 4.0.2.A.0.62 this may solve your problem. But I don’t have any idea about the audio output quality in this new version. But Sony made same correction in previous version and developed this new version. If anyone is using this new version of firmware then please share your experience here.

Yes, 4.0.2.A.0.62 this firmware version has no problem with the audio volume. Now my mobile is much louder than previous version 4.0.2.A.0.42 of firmware. If you are experiencing same problem with the audio volume then you can upgrade to 4.0.2.A.0.42 software version. It works fine for me.
