nokia Lumia 710 unable to turn on.

I recently brought the Nokia lumia 710 and there was no problem with it previously. But as I was making an attempt to do some settings, it went switched off. Afterwards, at the time of turning it again, the phone was unable to response any more. I've tried numerous ways but nothing occurred. I consider it shall be a software issue. So if you have some basic suggestions do post me.

I should say in this case you should make an attempt leaving the phone connected to charger for some 20 -25 minutes in case battery completely flat?or else it seems like you require to return this device unluckily.

As you stated above, I tried your following way . I also removed the battery for a while and then had a reinstall of it. But nothing worked well are there any other solutions in this case.
