How can I view multimedia text message in Samsung Exhibit 4G

Hi friends I have purchased Samsung Exhibit 4G and I am happy with the features and with the other things available with this Mobile. Recently one of my friends has sent me some multimedia text messages but when I try to get access to that message I can’t. I have tried many things to retrieve that multimedia message but not able to retrieve. I am very much confused what to do and how to retrieve that multimedia message, if you guys have any of the information or any suggestion then please do the reply. Any of the reply will be appreciated

According to my information may be there are some of the service issue, so contact the customer care and get verify about this thing and make sure that this feature for sending and receiving multimedia text messages must be enable in your phone.

May be you have not subscribe to any of the data plan that require to make use of this services, so make sure that this services is to be activate for your mobile and it is up to date. And maybe there are the chances that the friends that have send you the message is to be supported in your mobile the sender message must have to compile in the receiver device.

According to my suggestion you have to reset your internet settings: so for that;

Go to the home screen
And then press menu
After that tap to settings
And then tap to wireless & networks
After that go to mobile networks
And then go to access point names
And then press menu
After that reset to default

May be the internet plan is not activated on your mobile phone, and if it is activated then maybe there are some of the software issue so you have to contact to the service center for this issue.

Make sure about this thing if you have any issue with retrieving multimedia message then.

Make sure that the wifi is not off
Are you able to access the web

May be the network is not proper and do you have 2-3 bars of signal when sending and receiving the multimedia message? May be your inbox is full so remove unwanted message which is no longer require.
