Understandably Microsoft has tried hard to integrate features, but here is my problem.
I have an inner ear earphones and I used to set volume <10. But that adjustments reflects in incoming call, and many time i miss the call.. any suggestions?

Yeah, thats very Strange. Ringer Volume should not be decreased in such cases. It might be bug but you should also test your earphone with other Lumia or any mobile. And if it is a bug.. we need to wait until the next update or any kind of patch from Microsoft or Nokia.
