hi, friends I want to remove all the setting and all the internet file that are stored in my mobile also I want to delete all the contacts and messages from my Motorola charm mobile, so if anyone who did master reset in their Motorola charm then please help me.

First backup all your important data from your phone to your memory card.

1. Then turn off your mobile
2. Now press hold X key and turn the phone on back.
3. Continue hold X and turn on mobile hold the X key until you’re your phone go to recovery mode.
4. Now press lock key once again to access android system recovery utility screen
5. Now using volume down, left arrow key or back track pad highlight wipe factory reset
6. Now press return key
7. Delete all the data using down press or the track ball
8. Now press return key to reset and wipe all the data.
9. After it finish it will take you back to android system recovery utility screen.
10. Confirm reboot system now, then press return.
11. Your device will be power back and then begin the normal boot up process.
