Samsung Galaxy Y vs HTC Explorer

Actually I’m thinking of buying the android Smartphone for myself. But the thing is that there are many android available in the market and from this I found the phones which I’m thinking of buying it, one is the Samsung Galaxy Y and other one is the HTC Explorer. So for this I would like to know that which one is better for buying it. So can anyone from here help me out with this, as I’m confused which one should I opt for???

Before suggesting to you I would like to know that what are your requirements you like to have in the smartphone for e.g good camera, bigger screen, loud music etc… as knowing your requirements it would be easy for me to get it know and would suggest you the phone according to it.

My requirements for the phone which I like to have it are as follows:

i. Good touch interface
ii. Should support of wifi and 3G
iii. Able to view word and pdf files
iv. Camera quality should be good
v. Good CPU

So this are the requirements of mine that should be available and since my budget is not high so would like to buy phone with less price.

I have recently bought the Samsung Galaxy Y and would say that this smartphone is best for the low budget phones. As it has got good touch interface, supports 3G and Wifi and also supports the word documents. And the best part is that it comes at cheaper arte then the HTC explorer. So I would you should go for Galaxy Y rather than the HTC explorer.

The specs seems much better than the Samsung galaxy Y but I guess the price of this would be also more than the galaxy Y. So as far as the budget concern I feel that the galaxy Y wins over the HTC explorer.
