Which one is best for buying Motorola Photon 4G MB855 or EVO HTC Design 4G?

I am planning to purchase a new mobile phone I have two options
• Motorola Photon 4G MB855
• HTC EVO Design 4G
Please provide information. Which one is best for buying?

Both of these phones have Micro sd card and expandable upto 32 GB. The difference between these phones is the internal memory of HTC evo design 4G is less compare to Motorola photon 4G MB855. The internal memory of Motorola photon 4G is 16 GB, and the internal memory is 4 GB of HTC design 4G.
