Getting error code 007B with Dell Inspiron

Hi friends I am using Dell Inspiron mini laptop and I have windows Xp operating system in my laptop. In my laptop I randomly get BSOD with error code is 0x0000007B. I don’t know this problem occurs because of hardware or any application in my laptop. Please tell me what should I do to solve this problem?

Have you tried to solve this problem by running the internal Dell diagnostics? If you have not tried then you have to first run internal Dell diagnostics in your laptop and then check what the result is.

If that does not help you then you have to insert windows Xp installation CD and then you have to check whether you are able to repair the windows or not? If you are not able to repair the windows then you should also try to do solve this problem by reinstalling the windows.

Try above given solution and then let me know what the result is. If you still find problems after that then let me know.

If after trying above solution also same problem is occurring then you have to load the BIOS to default setting and you have to also check whether your laptop hard drive is selected as first boot or not, if it is not selected as first boot then you have to select it and then check whether it makes any difference or not?

Yes loading the default BIOS setting can help you to solve this problem. If after loading the default BIOS setting also same problem occurs then there might be some hardware issue with your laptop. You should contact dell support and ask them for solution.
