I will suggest you to root your both device. Google is not allowing any device which rooted to access the video from the android market. So kindly root your device. If the problem is different then you should tell me precisely what is happening with your device so we can advice you correctly. Give me your feedback. |

No dude!! I haven’t rooted my device. I am using two separate Google accounts for both of my devices but still the problem is occurring. Both the devices are failing to acquire the license key to enable the processing of the video. How can I get this license key for the video??? Is there any other solution for this issue. |

I have recently purchased Motorola Xyboard 8.2. I have no problem with my Wifi but there is surely issue about the downloading videos. It gives me permission to browse and rent the videos but when I watch the video it displays error message “Unable to fetch license”. I am very disappointed by this issue as it cannot gives me to watch the videos. if anyone is having this issue and found the solution kindly reply me. |

I think you should go to the Motorola official store. There are trained and skilled experts who will solve your problem practically. They will either replace your tablet or repair it. You should relax and do as I say. Give me your feedback. |

I think you should call the Motorola service centre. You can ask them whatever about your issue and they will solve your problem accurately and practically. Here are some Motorola service centres no - 866-289-6686, 800-353-2729. |

Thanks a lot friends for all your suggestions. I am admired. Really appreciated guys. I have tried all the things but I haven’t got any solution yet. I have decided that I will now give my tablet to the Motorola store to either replace or repair it. Thanks again guys. |

It supports 802.11 a,b,g,n technology WIFI on such tablet. Hence use it and check its result. Its an best option for you to get the better result for wifi connectivity. |
