poor speaker sound in Sony Ericson txt pro mobile phone

I have bought Sony Ericson txt pro CK13i just a week ago everything seems to be worked fine with the phone , but the only problem I am facing with this phone is that the sound of speaker is very less it is hard time for me to hear the sound of speaker when someone call me and sometimes when I am outside then only I feel the vibration and not able to hear the sound at all now for this problem I have to keep the vibration on every time , and when I listen songs from the music layer the sound is good, but this is my new phone and I am facing such a problem this is very irritating for me, I don’t know how to get out of it please help me.

I am facing the similar problem with my sony Ericson txt pro but I have bought my phone before 1 and half month and from last week when I try to listen songs from the music player the sound is very low , so I have to use headphone to increase/decrease the sound and when I remove the headphone it worked properly , please recommend me some solution .

If you are hearing very low sound from speaker when someone call you ,First you just try to adjust your volume of the speaker by pressing the volume button which is provided at the side of the phone and if not getting any difference by this ,then you can try software update on your phone , hope so this will be worked for you .

I doesn’t think the software update will worked for this issue because this is not a software problem .it seems to be liked some hardware problem related to the faulty speaker , and I think you should contact with the sony Ericson tech support to resolve your speaker problem.
