Windows Media Player not working properly in Toshiba Qosmio X505 laptop

hello i have installed the windows 7 on mine Toshiba Qosmio X505 laptop and everything on the system working fine except mine windows media player not working good. i recently facing this issue, i am able to start the Windows media player but button not working and i am not able to use any button. i have tried the lots of solution to solve this issue but nothing worked me to solve mine issue. can anyone suggest on this issue and so that i can solve mine issue.

hello i have got this issue and the windows media player buttons are turned off and on in CMOS and so therefore think you should turned off the windows media player button on the CMOS and so therefore your getting the issue and so i would like suggest you to go to the CMOS and under that enable the media player buttons.
