Nokia Communities and Mail apps. dont work with WLAN in Nokia C3

:In my C3,when i browse internet using WLAN,I cant use the Communities and Mail app. provided by Nokia.Suppose I want to use facebook, when I open the facebook through Communities app,it shows the option whenther i want to connect using WLAN or GPRS,I chhose WLAN,then my facebook home page is shown and then appears an lert "UPDATING PROFILE',after some time,it shows 'communication error' and return to log in screen. The same thing happens when i use the Mail app.

But I can use WLAN to open other facebooks apps,Opera Mini, default browser.

Also i can use Nokia communities and mail app using GPRS.

I think that resetting the settings of the phone to the default setting will help you. Just go to the settings and select option for restore to default settings. If that asks you for the security code the type it as 12345, which is the default code for all the nokia model.
