This type of the schemes was no longer left, so recently I don’t know much more about this type of the schemes for the replacement of the Handset to get the Starhub Voucher. However there are the chances for the re-contract this type of the schemes but for you have to visit the official site which were providing these schemes.

According to my information this were there before the 2 years, so now i don't think that any of the Starhub Voucher is available there for the replacement or the upgradation of the Handset.
