Have you tried ROM Toolbox in LG Revolution?

There is an application in the Android market as ROM Toolbox. When I read the description of that then it shows me that it is the application like the ROM manager but there was not much explanation about that. Can somebody over here can tell me more about this. I am thinking to install that on my LG Revolution. Please reply with short and descriptive post. Thank you.
