iMap Exchange Public folder is not updating in iPhone4s with iOS 5

Hi guys I have been using iPhone for quite a long time now and was actually happy with this phone . really great feature but I have one issue with the phone that I need you people’s help . my iPhone has iOS 5 installed in it and I use the exchange iMap , now I have notice that there is a Public folder which is not updating for some time now and I have no idea what to do so I request you guys here is there some thing wrong because I am not able to make that out I would be really appreciate if anyone of you assist me

Even I have the same problem and seriously this is very annoying and apparently there is no ways to find out how to get rid of this problem , I mean I have tried everything but not helping , I just added the account to my iPhone just previous month . please guys I really need to know what exactly is wrong with this I would be Glad to know this .
