I would like to let you aware about the easiest way for doing the same, but for that first you need to download Javawipe from the appworld and wipe the device. but while doing this you should make sure to backup your data 1st so that you can restore the important data what you require after wiping out the device. you can simply download the application from here itself.

You will have to make use of the Desktop manager to re-install your OS once this is done. I'd suggest you upgrade your OS at the same time to .440 which is consider to be the leaked version.

Yeh off course you can do that by wiping the data. you have to simply follow the below mentioned steps prior to delete the account.
    • First you need to go to options

    • Under option you’ll get the option named as security

    • And in that select “general setting”

    • Once you reached there click the wheel or menu and select wipe handheld

    • Reboot the phone once.

I am not sure about this exactly but still i have heard that if your device will be on a BES, then you will almost certainly require to remove the IT policy.

Thanks for the suggestion you have mentioned but still i mean to say can we simply deactivate it, without wiping out the data? So, wiping it is the only way? And along with that can you please let me know how can i remove the IT policy?

I would like to recommend you that you should try to contact the support center for the same and see what they are saying about the same, because they are the only guys who can help you with the deactivation with précised information. I think the information might have presented on their official website as well, have you ever looked it ever?

I would like to recommend you that you should visit the following mentioned LINK as you’ll get all the information regarding removing an IT policy from a BlackBerry smartphone.

see they have mentioned different three techniques for the same, but still the one that i would suggest you is the third method rather than any other two.
