How to Customize software buttons in Android ICS

Do you know one of the finest features of Ice Cream Sandwich? That is you are able to customize software buttons. Well it is a good thing but does anyone know how to do that? I love this feature. I know how to customize the themes in Android ICS but don’t know about the app’s icons and buttons.

LauncherPro is a "Home". This is an interface that allows access to your applications. It's a bit like a theme on a Windows PC .. It changes the appearance but not content.

It also changes the appearance of the "Menu" which is found all your applications.

On CM7 possible via menu CyanogenMod / input / Behaviour seach key (you can set short and long pressure).

I don’t think that there is any way to customize the software buttons in android ICS. Only in unlocked ICS you are able to customize but it only via Android API or SDK. You need to connect phone to the computer in which you have installed the Android SDK. From there you need to change the layout of the button manually.
