Nokia Lumia 800 stops Syncing Wirelessly

I own a Nokia Lumia 800 which i have bought few days ago. I usually sync this phone with HP Envy 14 wirelessly. but it happens Random sync, not when i want. I like the Zune software which automatically connect and does everything but it simply asks for cable connection if i need to do it manually. Is there any fix.

So the wired sync without objection succeeds only in Settings / Wireless synchronization is followed by the message "Your phone is not recognized." Retry does not help. Maybe you should check under Settings / Synchronization options again and delete the device link then disconnect the phone again and re-connect the cable, so it is reconnected.
