Activation Code for WD to go on Iphone

I am having the My Book World Edition 1TB Storage device and now I wish to access a few music files and some other thing from the iPhone that I am using. But the problem is that I am not getting the activation code. I have attempted with the 'guide me' from the app but in my case, this looks some different setup. Is there somebody who can tell that the where can I get the activation code. Please help me friends.

I would like to tell you that the WD 2go App will function only with the My Book Live product. This is the reason that you are getting this problem.

I think that this is the problem with the software and not with the phone. So what you can do is, just reinstall the application again in your phone. I am not very sure that this will solve the problem that you are facing but you must give it a try and see if that help you to get out of this problem.
