Showing contacts multiple times in the htc rhyme

As I bought new smartphone of the htc rhyme from the Verizon. As using the smartphone for the first time while going through the phone contacts what I saw that the one person contact is showing up multiple times and as new to the smartphone I’m not able to find how can I delete the multiple contacts in the phone.

As you want to delete the multiple contacts from the contact list then you can do it by going to the particular contact and deleting one by one.

I know this procedure of deleting the contact by going to the particular contact and deleting it. But I think doing this would be quite length procedure and time consuming. So is there any other way from where I can try removing the multiple contacts at the same time by selecting all. As doing this would lessen the time and be more easy doing this.

Even I am having this problem when I started using the htc rhyme it showed up the multiple contacts. So I want to know how can I delete the contacts as it looks tedious in the phone contacts.

You can remove the multiple contacts from the phone by following this procedure:-

• To do this go to your contacts in the htc rhyme.
• Now go to the menu button
• Now in the phone click on the contacts
• After going to the contacts link the contacts and then unclick the link.
• Now doing this will delete all your multiple contacts.
