New firmware CZE/CZECH V10I for LG Optimus Black P970

I have heard about the new firmware for the new LG P970 smartphone. So far i could not able to find it anywhere. There is just a news about CZE/CZECHO V10I firmware update. other than this i didnt see any download link or anything. Does anyone know where and when i can get this?

The update includes several bugfixes and possible future FOTA updates. FOTA stands for Firmware Over-The-Air, that is, it is sufficient in the future, that is your LG OPTIMUS speed on a wireless network to perform the update. A PC is no longer necessary.

The current update is for both devices, and without branding available. For devices with branding the current firmware version is v10d, for all other V10c.

Since nothing is appended here and there a tutorial for it indicates how reflashing the phone, the question should be unnecessary.
